Anna “Bell” Thompson Brown Age 43, of Dayton, Ohio passed on November 6, 1995 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, following a lengthily illness. She was born on July 10, 1952 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Elton and Winnie (nee Combs) Thompson ,Sr. ; her sister, Arminta and brother, Elton Thompson, also proceeds her in death.
Anna “Bell” is survived by her husband, Charles Brown; a sister Barbara Jean ( Hughey Lee) Huggins, two cousins, Lloyd and Clyde Huggins. Anna “Bell” is also survived by numerous young girls who she mentored and mothered during her marriage to Charles Brown, as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
While Anna” Bell was born and in Hazard, Kentucky she moved with her parents to Dayton (circa) 1972 and lived there for 20 years.
She was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at Bethesda Temple Apostolic Church in Dayton. Rev. David Fox officiated the Home Going service for Anna “Bell” at The House of Wheat Funeral Home, November 11, 1995. Internment took place at West Memory Gardens, afterwards a repast was held at Princeton Park Center.
